Acupuncture for pregnancy in Coburg North

Pregnancy is a time of so much change - physically, mentally and emotionally. It can be exciting chapter, but also a bumpy road as your body grows.

Lara has completed further postgraduate training in perinatal care and is a senior member of the Obstetric Acupuncture Association, reflecting her ongoing education and experience supporting pregnant folks.

Lara has a deep understanding and reverence for the physiological changes that occur throughout pregnancy. Her approach isn’t about treating pregnancy as something that needs ‘fixing’, more supporting you when some of these changes begin to impact your comfort, wellbeing or daily quality of life.
